Eating Dirt
One day, while playing in the fields, little Krishna secretly ate mud. Yashoda caught Krishna by his ears and scolded him for putting dirt in his mouth. But when Yashoda peered into his mouth, she was wonderstruck. This is an Indian Mythological story guiding us to improvise our Inner world.
Eating dirt isn’t a great look. But the truth is that, unless the ground is covered in animal feces or chemicals, soil is safe to consume.
So many ecpecting mothers crave for eating mud. In fact, a healthy serving of untreated dirt can contain more than one billion bacterial cells per gram just the sort of microbial boost.
